Meek Mill Suing City Of Philadelphia For Suspect Arrest & Tarnished Puma Deal
Meek Mill always reps for his Philadelphia hometown, but the City of Brotherly put a cramp in his pockets. Thus, the MMG rapper is suing the City of Philadelphia for costing him millions in endorsement deal money with Puma thanks to a suspect arrest. According to the lawsuit, Meek claims his Halloween 2012 arrest was total BS because even though cops claimed they smelled pot in his car … they ultimately came up with zilch. Meek says he was cuffed for refusing to let cops search — and he ended up missing a private jet flight to Atlanta.
Meek claims he lost $22k on the cancelled jet and a $39K appearance fee for the A-Town party he missed.
In the docs, he also claims he took a hit in negotiating a $2 million deal with Puma because all the negative pub from the arrest … forced him to settle for a mere $650K.
Meek is suing the city of Philly for false imprisonment, invasion of privacy … and most importantly (we suspect) to get back some of that lost dough.
This is the same arrest for which Meek sued the Philadelphia PD for false arrest

Ladies, you know how it is. The weather breaks and you want to show a little leg in a nice full skirt that just so happens to hit you right above the knee.
And that’s all fine and dandy until the wind decides to expose all of your business for the world to see. It happens to the best of us. Even our beloved First Lady, Michelle Obama, almost fell victim to this terrible fate. But her husband, President Obama, being the gentleman that he is, was there to save the day.
Earlier this week, Mr. and Mrs. Obama were boarding Air Force One in Houston when a gust of wind blew the First Lady’s skirt into the air. Her man was there to catch it though and prevented what could have been a terribly embarrassing moment…and no doubt a source for more Republican scrutiny (aka trolling).
The first couple were on this way to Austin, Texas to visit the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library where President Obama delivered an address to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Civil Rights Act.
The couple finished their week with a viewing of Raisin in the Sun in New York City on Broadway. According to the Associated Press, the president and Mrs. Obama went backstage to greet the actors during intermission.

While most folks praised Nicki for her simple, more natural, toned down look and Rihanna for her cleavage-and-thigh-baring situation, it was red carpet darling Lupita Nyong’o who bore the brunt of harsh criticism for her…”WTF IS that?!” dress.

Sex Tape Of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” Star Mimi Faust Set For Release (PICS)
(Street Life City News) For Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, releasing sex tapes eventually led to reality show stardom. It appears Mimi Faust is taking the reverse route.
Reportedly, video of the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star and boyfriend Nikko Smith engaging in sex acts is about to hit the streets.
According to TMZ, Faust and Smith agreed to let Vivid Entertainment release the video, and producers of LHHATL okayed the tape for mass production as well.
Faust is the ex-girlfriend of music producer Stevie J who also had his own sex tape scandal. An intimate video of Stevie J and rapper Eve leaked in 2000.
Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta is apparently scheduled for release in May. Season 3 of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is set to debut that same month on VH1.

Vybz Kartel Reportedly Cooperated With Police To Get Reduced Sentence
(Street Life City News) Just weeks after being sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Clive “Lizard” Williams, reports have surfaced that dancehall artist Adidja “Vybz Kartel” Palmer provided information to police in hopes of reducing his sentence.
According to the Jamaica Observer, police sources confirm Kartel helped authorities capture several wanted individuals and recover 17 illegal firearms.
Kartel supposedly approached the police about cooperating when the investigation into the death of Williams was coming to a close and it appeared he was going to be tied to the murder.
“He wanted to meet with the commissioner who assigned a member of the high command to meet him. During the meeting he offered information on wanted men in Portmore and also coughed up a number of illegal firearms,” said the JO source. “He was trying to broker a deal to get the charges dropped.”
Police are also looking into the disappearance of funeral director Jennifer Edwards. Edwards went missing in January and officers claim to have evidence that she was killed to cover-up what happened to Williams’ body.
“We believe she was killed because she was the weak link and she knew too much, but we are still investigating,” added the police source.
Kartel and a funeral director also allegedly met with a police officer to discuss whether Williams was cremated.
Kartel was convicted of Williams’ murder in March and sentenced to 35 years in prison. André St John, “Shawn Storm” Campbell, and Kahira Jones were all convicted as well. All four have appealed their convictions.

Chief Keef On Slain Cousin: He Died With a Smile On His Face
After the death of Chief Keef’s cousin Big Glo also known as Blood Money, the rapper has spoken out for the first time since the shooting. Glo was shot and killed on the way to a recording studio in the West Englewood neighborhood in Chicago.
Keef tweeted a brief moment he had with cousin when he passed.
“I can get killed if I’m lien I seen Blood He Was Dead With A Smile on His Face!”
With no known motive, police are currently working on an investigation.
According to the Sun Times, friends of the slain rapper are suspecting that his death may stem from his recent label signing to Interscope records. The rapper who collaborated on Keef’s “F*** Rehab” track signed to the label two weeks ago.
Renaldo Hess, Chief Keef’s manager says that Glo was spending his $500,000 bonus on bills, a car and his family.
“I just spoke to him two days ago and I could sense something wasn’t right,” Hess said. “Whenever you get money people in Chicago start looking. They don’t have money and he was flashing $8,000. Other people looking to stick him up.”

Lil Reese Calls Out Migos On Twitter
(Street Life City News) The back-and-forth between rap group Migos and Chief Keef’s Glory Boyz crew continues. The latest issues involve Keef’s friend Lil Reese calling out Migos on Twitter.
Reese, who has had several run ins with the law in the past, mentioned the Atlanta natives in tweet that included a reference to guns.
The dispute goes back to last year when Keef tweeted he felt Migos dissed him on a record. That situation eventually led to Migos releasing the track “Jealousy” aimed at the Chicago rapper.
