  • Street Life City President Nyne Millirachi Disses Barneys and Makes A Mockery Out Of Their Corporation

When will black people ever learn…smfh.

I guess some of us believe in this illusion that since we have a black president, who somehow managed to make it to two terms, despite all the pressures and obstacles “RACIST” White America threw at him, majority of us have this unrealistic notion that racism ended completely once Obama took office. I hope you senseless idiots get a grip on reality and be more in-tuned with the United States Of White America. It was reported earlier within the week of Oct 20-27 that two African Americans were the target of racial profiling when they stepped foot at some high end fashion retail store called Barney’s. What a gay ass name to name a store – but then why am I surprised at the name? Most of their fashion trends look like it was endorsed by the gay community, the Homos control majority of the high fashion industry, and the name alone probably came from that Big Purple Fruity Pebble Looking Dinosaur who was so content in singing I love you jingles, and make those gay ass Pillsbury-Dough-Boy-Tickle-Me-Elmo sounds. But anyway back to basics.

Seventeen-year-old Trayon Christian was obviously the target of racial profiling, when he purchased a Ferragamo belt for $325. After he made the purchase, he was stopped by the NYPD and detained in the precinct for a couple of hours until the bank confirmed the actual debit card, and that he had an actual account. I guess anybody with the name Trayon or Trayvon is  subject to racial harassment in White America. Trayon spoke out against the incident with several news reporters, and is suing the NYPD and Barney’s for unlawful discrimination and racial profiling. Good for them racist fucks, I hope he sues them for millions and gets what is just due. I never been a supporter of the NYPD anyway, fuck the police and everything they stand for.

What bothers me is, the man came in the store with his debit card, his name was imprinted in the debit card, and I’m quite sure they asked for his ID, and even called in several managers to review the transaction. So if it really was a big issue, why wait til the man leaves the store to result to such action? I guess they were scared and probably assumed he had a gun, so they didn’t wanna take the chance, I guess. I wouldn’t be caught dead spending 300-400 dollars on a belt anyway, this is obviously an outcry for attention within our peers. Black people, why are we so brainwashed and why are we so obsessed with high end fashion that is not made specifically for us? They already have the stereotype that the majority of us have little to no money. That is why they put the prices so high, it is done intentionally to keep us out of their fashion communities. I wouldn’t be caught dead rocking their gay ass fashion. I’m sorry, I ain’t into the homo sexuality lifestyle, because that’s what most of their fashion appears to be anyway.

It’s fucked up we wont support Black owned brands, like Sean John, FUBU, Jordan, and Roc-A-Wear – but we’ll throw away our life savings to some company who’s corporate people clearly does not give a fuck about blacks. Speaking of blacks and Roc-A-wear, there has been numerous pressures for Roc-A-Wear C.E.O. Shawn Carter, aka Jay-z, to end his deal with Barney’s and fake a public outcry for not speaking immediately in regards to this issue. Jay-Z stated that he didn’t want to get caught up in the media hype, and he wanted to hear the facts of the allegations first before he made a public statement. People have to understand that if Jay-z pulls out of the deal, it’s not going to be a lost for him or Barney’s. These are both wealthy brands that can survive through tough economic times.

Even Power 105’s Charlamagne from the Breakfast Club made a significant point stating that the public outcry for Jay-Z to do something about this issue is ridiculous. Jay-Z isn’t the cause of the problem, Barney’s is. Jay-Z has been doing business with rich racist corporations long before this issue has even existed. Jay-Z withdrawing from the deal isn’t going to stop racism with these rich racist corporate pieces of shits. Jay-Z stated that he isn’t making a dime out of this collaboration. He says all proceeds will be donated to inner city schools for higher learning and better education. So is Jay-Z really to fault if his business deal is affecting the urban community in a great way? Money is more powerful than race. Jay-Z is a hustler. A hustler is a person who chases dollars at the expense of honesty & long hard labor. Hustling is respected in the black community. It is seen as being smart. Jay-Z is taking the money and letting racism pass. If he uses that money to sponsor 10 black kids to attend college, whether it is a win or a loss, you be the judge of that. Only issue I have with Jay-Z is for someone that refers in his rhymes, “I don’t fuck with Crystal, them fuckers is racist” and to turn around and partner with another racist corporation, is kinda contradictory and hypocritical. Its quite obvious that high-end stores in New York City don’t like blacks in their places anyway. So why shop there in the first place?

Fuck their corporations, it’s time we shop in our own communities and support our own kind. Why does it seem like we’re the only race that shops outside of our community and make another community rich, when they clearly won’t come to ours and support ours? All you other people talking about boycotting Barneys don’t even shop there, and probably ain’t ever heard of it until today, give this a few weeks and then y’all will go on to the new thing. Al Sharpton is making a big protest out of this and I’m waiting to see how this one is gonna play out. I will cover more topics like this throughout the weeks to come.
